Software Support is available to Users of HomeRun XL that have a current Subscription. It is also available to Users of our legacy programs that have a paid up current support payment.
Technical support is provided in the following manner.
Telephone Support: Available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Email Support: Lets you submit your support request via private email and receive answers back by email.
The most common support is provided by us logging into your computer and provided support this way. View the description on the Support page of our web site.
